Please describe your experience in B2B sales specifically within the office automation, managed print services, or ICT sectors.

I have little experience in B2B sales but 3 years of B2C sales experience. This month alone i have sold over half a million rands in furniture. Quoting, managing credit notes. Most of my experience comes from inbound calls and leads less so outbound however i’m eager to learn and exceed expectations. I have worked with Sage 300 to monitor analytics and sales.

Provide an example of a complex solution you sold to a client that required identifying operational challenges and delivering a tailored technology proposal.

A customer really wanted a specific set of furniture that required a covered patio, however their patio was uncovered. I pitched 4 different options that would allow them to buy that set. “Buy an umbrella or pergola with the furniture or alternatively you buy some maintenance products aswell as covers for the furniture. They ended up going with a Pergola which doubled the sale cost.

Suggest products that help with immediate pain points rather than give the customer an option i know would be bad for them and what their standards are. Schedule Quarterly Business reviews and share performance statuses with the decision-makers. Adapting to their preferred means of communication. Address querys or any questions regarding the product with haste and due diligence.

What is your process for conducting a site survey and translating the findings into a professional proposal for print fleet optimization?

Firstly some research would be done to make sure goals align. Conduct a floor plan, see what printers the company is using and use my knowledge to capture any necessary data such as, serial numbers, ownership status (owned or leased). Ask heads of departments for any pain points and daily workflows that i may be able to help improve. Calculate Total cost of ownership of the companys hardware.

Always look to improve on what i did the day before which would lead to a successful month. Then seeing how i can maintain and improve further on my sales skills and outreach methods/protocals.
